Jerry Haroldsen, a retired Central California DA Investigator and Sheriff's Deputy/Detective, specializing in Workers' Compensation, civil and criminal investigations and surveillance.   Investigations are always timely, comprehensive, and confidential. 

Haroldsen Investigative Services will provide specific investigations at reasonable rates for investigations in the Central Valley ($65.00 per hour).  *The hourly rate does not include other expenses (lodging, meals, photography, mileage, etc.).

Ordinarily, the hourly rate for services will be included within a retainer, which is required before an investigation will begin.  The required retainer is typically $500, barring other agreements/arrangements. 

Should the services rendered require less time than the amount of the retainer, the difference will be refunded.  Should the services require more time than the retainer amount, the client will be contacted before further investigative time is invested.  The client has the option of discontinuing the investigation after the initial retainer amount has been exhausted, unless other prior arrangement have been made.

Courtroom testimony will be charged at the Central Valley hourly rate and at a three (3) hour minimum.
